to do this, first go to your YouTube account and go to creator studio. then which ever YouTube video link you need to share with Facebook click on edit and go to advance settings and disable allow embedding and save the settings.

the go to Facebook developer web page https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/  then share your YouTube video link here and click on debug then you can copy new URL and share YouTube video link on Facebook page, Facebook group or on Facebook profile. then you can see large image thumbnail.
